Park City album...finished!

I feels so good to have finished this album! Usually I get board half way through a project and never finish it.
Each day is divided with a divider labeled with the day and the places we visited.

After the divider I typed all the fun things we did that day
I added a few bags to hold little mementos from the day
Between the dividers are all the pictures from the day along with little funny memories
I just glued the photos back to back to save space.
A super easy and quick way to document a wonderful trip! Thanks for looking!

Instas

Happy Friday! Just stopping by to share a few Instagram photos from this week:
These are all avocados various people have given me this week. Super random but exciting :)
Working on my Park City album...it's pretty huge!
These beautiful orchids have lasted a month already. Is that normal?!?!

Have a fabulous weekend!

Vacation mini

This weekend I had a little bit of free time so I decided to get started on my (not so mini) mini album from out trip. It's one of those things...either do it now or get back to it five years from now. I've chosen to go with a day by day format. Below is a sneak of the dividers for each day.
This is the stack of photos...a little huge. I might need to go buy bigger binder rings :)

Have a happy Monday!

Home Sweet Home

Over spring break my love and I took our annual trip to my favorite place, Park City! We had such a good time I never wanted to come back. Despite the lack of snow it was still amazing! Every time I go there I feel like I'm home. Hopefully one day I will call it home (or at least have my own vacation house there).

Friday was the only day it snowed while we were there so we had to take advantage while we could.
I have been there so many times and just discovered these shoe trees! Apparently it was an old miners tradition to throw their shoes in a tree when they got engaged. Next time I'm bringing some shoes to throw in there :)

We got to eat at one of my fave restaurants. So yummy!!!

Cute dog just off main street

Since there wasn't much snow we got to do things we normally don't like hike at Bridal Veil Falls.

On the way home we drove thru Bryce and Zion. Always such a pretty drive.
One of my favorite things is how you can see the layers of earth. So amazing!

Each year it gets harder and harder to come back. However I am very thankful to live in an amazing city close to the beach.

Did anyone else get to do something exciting over spring break?

Hello! It feels like forever since I've been on here. Even to check out what everyone's up to. So I was in my most favorite place in all the land, Park City, Utah! I seriously feel right at home whenever I'm there (hopefully one day it will be home). Surprisingly, for those who know me, I hardly took any pictures. I know whats wrong with me?!?! Oh well, here's a few I did get:

An old mine shaft we saw on a hike

My dad and these gigantic eggs he found at Hobby Lobby (which in case you didn't know is the best store earth) for my niece and nephew

The view into our yard

We shopped and shopped

and shopped!

My creations at Color Me Mine (no they are not meant to go next to each other)

Some shoes I've had for a long time and had never worn before

I just thought this great was so pretty

Spring!

I hope everyone had a fabulous Easter! Now I need to make time to scrapbook these :)

I ♥ Picnik

Lately I have been spending most of my free time playing around on Picnik. It's my favorite way to edit pictures. It's so user friendly and you have SO much freedom in customizing your photos. I can get them just the way I want them. The only downside is it can be slow at times (my computer might also play a factor in that). Here is a photo I took on our trip. It's a view of Main Street in Park City, UT. As we speak it is being printed out and blown up. Can't wait to see how it looks in our hallway!

I added the hearts because I just love it there ☺

I ♥ snow

Last week was so much fun! Jeff and I haven't been on a vacation just us two since our honeymoon (almost six years ago). It was so relaxing. We enjoyed the falling snow every single day. It was the best! If Jeff said lets move there I would in a heart beat. We spent a lot of time looking at houses and dreaming of our 'someday' house. My dream is to build a big house so at Christmas all our family could come stay with us and finally have a white Christmas. One day...

For now we just played in the snow like children (well mainly me, Jeff just took pictures of me being silly). Since we don't get to spend a ton of time together in our 'real life' I was a little nervous that we might get tired of each other. Not the case at all. If anything it makes me miss him even more when we're apart now.
I ♥ him! Ok on to the photos...

Dad you are the best thank you so much for our trip!!! We love you ♥

P.S. You are going to be seeing those cute little hearts all the time. My mom just told me who to do them (I know, I know how could I have not known that) Love you mom!

P.S.S Paige we went to Cafe Rio twice...it was amazing! I might be driving up to Pasadena just to go there ☺
