Valentine's day

So I thought I had set up this post to automatically post on Wednesday but I came on her and nope. All I did was save it. So here it is some pics of the 'valentne expostion' I had mentioned in the last post.

This is our fort. Now I totally remember why I loved forts as a kid. It's so cozy! We ate our pizza and enjoyed our fondue in our fort. It was right next to the fireplace so we stayed warm while watching our fave show, The Big Bang Theory.

I printed out my favorite pictures of us from the whole time we've been together and used them to decorate the house with. It was fun looking at them and reminiscing about the last 10 years.

This was the first time I made chocolate fondue at home and let me tell you it was SO delicious.

Hearts and more hearts

 With Valentines day just around the corner I thought I'd share some heart projects I've made. I haven't really put very many decorations up yet. My plan is to do it on Tuesday so when Jeff gets home it's like a valentine explosion! So shhh don't tell him!

Weekend photos

This weekend Jeff and I had a lovely valentines getaway! It was so much fun and super relaxing. We stayed at Lowes Coronado Bay Resort. I loved the hotel! The staff were very friendly and our room was awesome! We would defiantly recommend it. Here are a few pics from the hotel:

Love book

This year I decided to to do a version of December Daily for Valentines day! I made this little book as a spot for Jeff and I to write little notes to each other as well as put pictures and special mementos. It's made from the Pink Paislee line Sweetness.

What I've been up to

On Valentines Day we went to Miguel's in Coronado for the most amazing food I have ever tasted! After that we walked over to the beach to watch the sun set. I packed us chocolates and our favorite game. It was so romantic! I love him :)





This is my new ribbon holder. I bought it at Vignettes. Originally it was a greenish color so I sprayed it black to match my scrap room better.

These are some frames I have been collecting for a collage above my fireplace. They are patiently waiting to be painted glossy white. Once I finish these things I will post pics. Have a wonderful day!
